The National Association of Healthcare Fire Officers annual conference takes place at the Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth on 25th. 26.th and 27th. May 2009. This event has become an eagerly anticipated fixture in the fire safety calendar and attracts speakers of the highest calibre each year.

With the increasing legal, professional and financial pressures placed on many Trusts and Trust Fire officers. The changes and advent of new legislation obviously has a significant impact on all employers and advisors, but especially so on healthcare providers due to the size and risk profile of their premises and the need for employers to examine closely their compliance strategy. The requirement to be certain that all the necessary responses to the law are in place has never been greater.
